Im gonna tell you a story about the beach…
Riding down the boardwalk on my bike, I pedal on & i see the waves crashing down at the shore
the golden sand grows hairs from his arms,
and among the shore there’s a yellow teeth line.
Olive beach balls keep bouncing back and forth
with the motion i create while i splash inside that zone.
The waves keep curling up at his toes,
as i kiss the back of the sand, salty moisture on my mouth.
The beach was from a foreign land, with warm waters and pink skies,
the ocean almost made me drown, i was too smart to let it take me down.
I dont go out to the beach anymore, the sunburn was too much,
now with cancer inside my heart,
i have to get used to the loneliness in my skies.
